A restorative afternoon of focused mindfulness meditation interspersed with gentle stretching exercises. Meditation instructions, guided meditation and chances to ask questions.

Open to Bodhiheart students.
Suitable for all levels including beginners.
The retreat will be held in Richmond Beach, Shoreline. (We'll carpool.)
