One-Day Mindfulness Retreat

Saturday, March 27

Meditation
10-1PM and 2:15-5:15
Medicine Buddha Practice 6:30-6:30

A relaxing day of focused mindfulness meditation interspersed with gentle stretching exercises. Meditation instructions.

Open to Bodhiheart students.
Suitable for all levels including beginners.
Attend any one or all three sessions.

Students must read Sanskrit alphabet and ligatures.
